Finalizing VirtualVice.net

When approached by Jason looking for a forum and custom website, I decided to go the route of custom coding a component to mimic a site, rather than code an entire site that I would later integrate with IPB. Doing this allows a much easier flow of updating on Jason’s end, and it saved me a lot of time! It worked out extremely well for both of us, and I wanted to share the work I completed.
